With over 17 years of recruitment marketing experience, I can confidently say that I’ve been there, done it, and (nearly) seen it all.

I worked in recruitment marketing positions in-house from 2004 through to 2018, within multiple high-growth companies. I’ve been part of three due diligence processes that resulted in acquisition and investment, and I’ve also grown marketing teams from scratch through to global departments.

I love what I do. I love innovation, I love data, and seeing the successes of TwoEnds’ partners as a result of my work. The network and relationships I’ve nurtured throughout my career mean that clients who partner with me automatically get access to some of the best specialists in the industry.

Alongside TwoEnds, I also run an in-house recruitment marketing community, The Lonely Marketers. This brings together 300+ recruitment marketers who share advice, insight and experience to push forward the role of marketing in every recruitment business.

Away from running TwoEnds, I’m a dad to my boy Arthur, my daughter Logan and; trying to stay a Charlton fan and active across most social media channels if you want to find out more about the ‘real’ me.
